We who believe are carefully joined together with Christ as parts of a beautiful, constantly growing temple for God. [Eph 2,21 TLB]
God’s temple is no longer the physical buildings we go for worship. If you believe in Christ, you’re part of God’s Temple on the earth. It a growing Temple and not a stagnant one. Make sure you’re constantly growing Spiritually, so that you can fit into this Temple. Spiritual stagnation will deprive the privilege of been a part the temple, and fulfilling your assignment in the temple [His Body].
Spiritual growth is the beauty of this Temple.
Don’t you realize that all of you together are the house of God [temple], and that the Spirit of God lives among you in his house [temple]? 17 If anyone defiles and spoils God’s home [temple], God will destroy him. For God’s home is holy and clean, and you are that home. [1 Cor 3: 16 – 17 TLB]
Haven’t you yet learned that your body is the home of the Holy Spirit God gave you, and that he lives within you? Your own body does not belong to you. 20 For God has bought you with a great price. So use every part of your body to give glory back to God because he owns it. [1 Cor 6: 19 – 20 TLB]
