SEALED BY THE SPIRIT:
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath God the Father sealed. (John 6:27)
LED BY THE SPIRIT:
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. (Matthew 4:1)
EMPOWERED BY THE SPIRIT:
But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. (Matthew 12:28)
FILLED BY THE SPIRIT:
And Jesus, being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. (Luke 4:1)
For He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God; for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him. (John 3:34)
OFFERED THROUGH THE SPIRIT:
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? (Hebrews 9:14)
RAISED BY THE SPIRIT:
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit. (I Peter 3:18)
And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. (Romans 1:4)
SINNERS
The Holy Spirit’s ministry concerning the sinner was described by Jesus:
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send Him unto you.
And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
Of sin, because they believe not on me;
Of righteousness because I go to my Father and ye see me no more;
Of judgment because the prince of this world is judged. (John 16:7-11)
