Christ Is The Head Part IV
Beloved, Christ has set you permanently free from the ungodly powers that seek to influence your life to live in bondage in this earth. Our scriptural focus for today states – You died with Christ and were made free from the powers that influence this world. So why do you act as if you still belong to the world? I mean, why do you follow rules like these: Don’t eat this,” “Don’t taste that,” “Don’t touch thatthat. {Col 2: 20-21 ERV}
The fact will always be there that the mission of the devil and his demon’s is to influence every human to continuously live under the bondage of sin and defeat, but be of good cheer Jesus says because He has overcome them on your behalf.
Looking at all that Jesus went through to purchase your freedom from the hand’s of the devil, will not be an abuse of all that Christ did for you if He finds you living and acting as if you still belong to the devil/the world.
Beloved child of God, by your unity with Christ you no longer belong to the devil or this world. You belong to God, This is the fact of your new life in Christ that you must understand and live by daily. The devil can only rob you of this privileged life in Christ if you fail to commit yourself to understanding it and living by it.
You now belong to God, never accept the lies of the devil.
