Limitless Freedom Part IV

Beloved, in the blink of an eye everything can change, so learn by the help of the Holy Spirit to forgive often and to love unconditionally with the whole of your heart. Our scriptural focus for today states – For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. {Gal 5: 13 NLT}
The freedom from sin and the devil being enjoyed by humans today was achieved on the alter of love. Christ was never in bondage to sin or the devil, therefore He is the perfect example of love demonstrated in service for the good of others. It is one thing to receive the freedom Christ offers, but it is another thing to use that freedom to serve one another in love. Hear the words of Jesus – Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples. {Jn 13:35  NLT}
It will be important to state that is our love for one another as prescribed by Christ that validates our spirituality and presents us as the true disciple’s of Christ before the world around us. So when God’s children fight each other, gossip about one another, or backbite or slander one another, bear in mind that we are only allowing the devil misuse the freedom we have in Christ. We as God’s children must come to the point were we see love as doing kind deeds to someone, even when the person does not deserve it.
We never deserved the freedom and love we enjoy in Christ, so don’t wait for others to deserve your love before you show them such kindness. Use the freedom you have in Christ to truly make someone feel loved. The unconscious introduction of ‘Class’ among God’s children has become the enemy of exhibiting true love. Lets break every barrier that hinders the free flow of the love of Christ in the community of God’s children and let’s truly serve one another in love.

Loving one another is the prove of our spirituality.

Have a Grace filled day, Good News awaits you.
