Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey him. {Eph 5:6 NLT}
To be fooled or deceived with empty words by religious smooth talkers is a choice. God expressing His thoughts through our scriptural focus for today states – Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins. It is clear from Gods stand point that there will never be justifiable reasons to live in any kind of sin as a believer. The church and the world at large is littered with religious smooth talkers, who the devil is using to downplay the consequences of sin, but always remember that the anger of God will fall on all who disobey Him. Living in sin as a believer, is actually an act of disobedience to God. It is a terrible thing for any human to be a victim of Gods anger. What we read in the old testament as a demonstration of Gods anger will be nothing compared to what will befall those who took His grace for granted by living in sin or who did not acknowledge His grace as demonstrated in Christ. Run away from any gospel that presents grace as a license to be careless with your spiritual life, because when your will stand before God, there will not room to explain your actions that was a direct violation of the standards of God, neither will you be pardoned for allowing yourself to be fooled by those who were pedalling lies in the church.
Don’t allow any man deceive, be guided by the truth of the scriptures
