“Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

God does not want you to live in fear. Many people go through very tough times in life and they wonder if that is all there is to their life. They look at some bad family history and then live in great fear that such might become their end too. But God does not want you to live in fear. He wants you rested in His love; He wants you to trust Him with everything about your life. I believe this is why God went as far as making sure that the most commonly repeated phrase in the whole Bible, (Old Testament and the New Testament), is “Fear not!”, “Be not afraid!” “Have no fear!” or “Do not be afraid!”.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)

God doesn’t want you to live a life of fear, He doesn’t want you living in torment, because in fear is torment, rather, He wants you to see His perfect love for you. Hear His tender voice of love today and everyday, and in every circumstance, and watch His perfect love cast out all fears.

Luke 1:30 – The angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.”

Luke 1:74 – “that we, being rescued from the hands of our enemies, might serve him without fear,”
Luke 2:9-10 [shepherds near Bethlehem] – Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for see–I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people:”

Luke 5:10 – and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. Then Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching people.”

Luke 8:50 – When Jesus heard this, he replied, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be saved.”

Romans 13:3 – For rulers are not a terror (lit. “not a cause for fear”) to good conduct, but to bad. Do you wish to have no fear of the authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive its approval;

In as much as you gave out Bible verses pointing out Fear not, still they are not up to 365. I think we should start correcting some of these things and not be so bold teaching what is wrong, like your inscription says.

Fear not, is seen a lot in the Bible but not numbered to 365. Thank you

Is there more to the list? I only counted 153 verses. Many claim God’s word says “do not fear” (or some variation) 365 times but I cannot find a complete list anywhere. We must represent God’s word accurately and remain true.
