Bearing Burdens Part II

Beloved, the totality of your lifestyle here on earth is your message to the world around you, ensure that it is spiritual and inspiring. Our scriptural focus for today states – Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. {Gal 6:1 NLT}
The Spirit of Christ living in your inside has empowered your own spirit and body to live above sin and the tricks of the devil. But if mistakingly you fall into sin, you’re not permitted by Christ to continue in that sin. That is why the body of Christ was established to help each other stand in righteousness. That you mistakingly fell into sin does not and cannot make you a sinner, but you can only lose you righteousness when you who has accepted Christ as your Lord and Saviour deliberately continues in sin as a lifestyle.
The body of Christ was established by Christ himself to raise a generation of godly/righteous people here on earth. There will always be weak brethren in the body of Christ that will require the help and encouragement of those who are more matured in the faith to bear the burden of their maturity process with them. The Bible teaches that if such less mature brethren or even those seen by fellow brethren as being matured in the faith falls into sin, it is the responsibility of those standing in righteousness to help them back to righteousness.
It means that those who are privileged to help others come back to righteousness must trust the Holy Spirit to lead them with the best approach that will produce the needed result.

Stand with one another.

Have a Grace filled day, Good News awaits you.
