Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. {Eph 4:23  NLT}

As a believer instead of continuing in your old sinful nature and lifestyle, our scriptural focus for today is asking you to chart a new cause for your life by allowing the Holy Spirit influence your thoughts and attitudes. Your thoughts are very important, because it goes a long way in determining your actions, so whoever influences your thoughts will eventually control your mind and will determine your actions {attitude}. While you were an unbeliever, sin did a great damage to your thoughts and attitudes, that is why it is very important you allow the Holy Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes now that you’re a believer if you must enjoy your life as a child of God. If your thoughts are wrong, your attitudes will be wrong, likewise if your thoughts are right your attitudes will be right. Building your thoughts on wrong beliefs as a believers, is as dangerous as being a sinner, because what wrong beliefs does to a believer, is the same thing or if not worse than what sin does to a sinner.

Hear this – Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. {Rm 12:2  NLT}

Allow the Holy Spirit influence you’re thoughts.

Have a Grace filled day.
