Your Life Your Seed Part VI
Beloved, to be loved by the creator of the whole universe, is the greatest privilege and relationship humans have been brought into, don’t misuse it. Our scriptural focus for today states – So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. {Gal 6:9 NLT}
Having established from our scriptural focus that the temptation to be discouraged and get weary on the path of doing what is good is always very high and the admonition of the Holy Spirit, encouraging believers in Christ never to give in to such temptation. Let’s learn to always think and remain focused on the good works the Holy Spirit is doing through our lives and those who are benefitting from such good works, and let it encourage each one of us to keep moving on.
Always bear in mind that the harvesting will come at God’s proper time, which will be in part during your lifetime here on earth and in full in eternity, which is the actual time of harvesting our labours here on earth.
Always remember that you don’t just plant a seed in the ground today and start harvesting tomorrow, same goes for our spiritual labours here on earth. There is always a time for harvesting, and the good news is that the Lord of the harvest is solely responsible for rewarding our labours and not the labourers. In spiritual labour, the Angels serve as labourers who labour side by side with us here on earth. You may be sowing your spiritual seeds with tears and with great persecution on every side, hear the comforting words of the Lord of the harvest – They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest.
Harvesting comes at God’s set time.
