The New Creation Part V
Beloved, when you love something enough like Jesus loved humanity, you will never give up on it rather you will give it your very best. Our scriptural focus for today states – Dear brothers and sisters, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. {Gal 6:18 NLT}
This was Apostle Paul’s farewell greeting to the Galatian Christians, he ends this epistle as he began it by praying that the grace of God will be their abiding portion. His use of the word brothers and sisters conveys his deep love for the Galatian Christians.
We can perceive him saying from the tone of his final words that – I have presented Christ to you, I have also pleaded with you on the right path to follow, I have equally reproved you in matters of doctrine and belief system, I have sincerely overlooked nothing that I know will be of benefit to you my Galatian brethren. All I can do now is to keep praying for you that the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ will always be with you to teach and guide you into all truth by the enablement of the Holy Spirit.
What an expression of love, what a great desire and passion to see that those whom he has laboured over in the work of the Master succeeds and are established in their faith.
This is the expectation of Christ from us His children. Do not labour wrongly nor allow the devil enter and destroy your labour over the lives you were privileged to bring to Christ. Keep upholding them in prayer that the grace of God will be with them to establish them in the Faith.
Love the brethren, Pray for them.
