Living By The Spirit Part II
It is the desire of every child of God to have his/her needs divinely provided for, and God requires that you seek His kingdom above every other thing on this earth. Our scriptural focus for today states – So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. {Gal 5:16 NLT}
The Holy Spirit is the One God has placed here on earth to guide God’s children on their earthly pilgrimage, you ability to always listens to His instructions or warnings puts you in command of the issues of life. The Holy Spirit knows the truth about all of God’s plans and purposes for His children, He equally knows all the strategies the devil is planning to use to stop the plans and purposes of God in the lives of God’s children, based on this fact, it is therefore to your own advantage as a child of God to always allow the Holy Spirit guide your life while on this earth.
To live the God-kind of life which is called Righteousness here on earth can only be possible through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, because He is the only One that can empower humans with such spiritual ability over the fallen sinful nature of humanity. The subject of living in sin is not about how you were born or the family you were born into, but that of the nature all humans inherited from Adam and Eve that made us sinners before we even committed any sin by ourselves. Sin isn’t a physical thing that any human can decide by his/her power to come out of, rather sin is a spiritual thing that requires a more superior power to overcome and that is what the Holy Spirit seeks to do in the life of any believer in Christ that gives Him the freedom to guide him/her. Remember that He is the manifestation of that God is on the earth, so you can trust Him to guide you.
Allow the Holy Spirit guide and be sure of a fulfilled life.
