Don’t Miss The Track Part IV
God alone knows how to take your troubles/pains and turn them into trophies for you. He can take the most difficult test you’re currently going through and turn them into your testimonies. Our scriptural focus for today states – I am trusting the Lord to keep you from believing false teachings. God will judge that person, whoever he is, who has been confusing you. {Gal 6:10 NLT}
Apostle Paul having laboured over the Galatian Christians in the gospel was very concerned of what becomes of their faith in Christ that the devil was seeking to destroy by all means. He equally realized that it was his responsibility to teach/preach the truth of the gospel but it is the responsibility of God to make the hearers believe that truth and live by it. Having realized that it is only God that can keep Christians away from following false teachings, Apostle Paul turns his desires for the Galatian Christians into prayer.
Beloved that you have not fallen into the false teachings that are prevailing in the church today is not by your making, it will be important to realize that it is God that has kept you. Acknowledging God as the source of the divine strength that has enabled you to stand on the truth, will guarantee your continuous victory over the devil and his co-wokers. Consider this – For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. {Phil 2:13 NLT}. When you as a child of God always takes advantage of the desire and power that God supplies to stay away from false teachings no matter how appealing they sound to the human mind, then you’re truly pleasing God.
Never stop trusting God to keep you away from been a victim of the false teachings that are ravaging our world because if you do, you will become a prey in the hands of the devil.
God will keep you from believing false teachings.
