The New Creation Part II
Beloved the major purpose God allowed Christ to go through all those pain and travail during His earthly ministry was to present to Him a new creation. Our scriptural focus for today states – It doesn’t matter whether we have been circumcised or not. What counts is whether we have been transformed into a new creation. {Gal 6:15 NLT}
This New Creation in Christ is the Church/the body of Christ. The old creation was headed by Adam and it ended in failure and slavery to sin and the devil, but The New creation is headed by Jesus Christ and it has been advancing in victory, righteousness and holiness. The great successes so far recorded by the new creation is the failure of the devil and the old creation.
The first Adam disobeyed God and brought into the world sin, death and judgment but the second Adam which is Christ obeyed God by His sacrifice on the cross and brought life, righteousness, salvation and permanently paid for the consequences of the disobedience of the first Adam.
The Big question before you is – Are you part of the New creation, secondly Do you understand the privileges of the New creation life in Christ.
The New creation is a transformation by the renewal of the human mind/spirit. You may not understand and enjoy the privileges of the New creation until you deliberately allow the Holy Spirit to educate on a daily basis your human spirit. Please note that the believer in Christ belongs to a New creation, A Spiritual creation that knows nothing of the defects and limitations of the old creation.
You can only reign in life through the new creation
