Don’t Miss The Track Part VI

God wants you to be the best in your various field’s of endeavour, that is why He sent Christ to the earth to help you achieve it, don’t ignore Him. Our scriptural focus for today states – Dear brothers and sisters, if I were still preaching that you must be circumcised—as some say I do—why am I still being persecuted? If I were no longer preaching salvation through the cross of Christ, no one would be offended. {Gal 5:11  NLT}
One of the strong weapons of false teachers in this end time is the use of false propaganda to discredit genuine ministers of the gospel who have given their life to labour for the establishment of the truth of the gospel in the lives of men and women. They do this to tarnish the public image and integrity of such ministers, thereby creating room for men and women to focus more on finding faults with the message of such minister’s rather than receiving the truth. They can go to the extent of claiming that these true ministers of Christ are the one’s preaching/teaching falsehood in order to destroy the work.
This was the ordeal of Apostle Paul in the hands of the false teachers in Galatians. They started spreading false propaganda against him, claiming that he was still preaching the doctrine of circumcision as a means of gaining salvation and being made right with God. They were leveraging on the fact that he was a Jew to blackmail him and destroy the work the Holy Spirit was doing through him.
His response was simply and direct – If am now preaching/teaching the doctrine of circumcision, why am I still being persecuted?. The people persecuting him were the same false teacher’s who were of Jewish extraction. If Apostle Paul was now with them in the same message of deception, there will not be room again for persecution.
Beloved when you’re being persecuted because of your stand for righteousness, there is no need to be discouraged or become depressed, rather stand your ground firm, rejoice and be glad for great is your reward in heaven.

Don’t join the multitude in other to avoid been persecuted.

Have a Grace filled day – Good News awaits you.
