Why is it that he gives us these special abilities to do certain things best? It is that God’s people will be equipped to do better work for him, building up the Church, the body of Christ, to a position of strength and maturity; {Eph 4:12 TLB}
The special abilities/ministry offices that Christ placed in the church, is to enable believers be the Best in their areas of assignment. The responsibility that this confers on all believers and more importantly those who have the privilege to be called by Christ into any of these Ministry Offices, is to use the Grace given to them to perfect/equip believers for effective service in the church. Its also to bring the church to a place of strength and maturity. As a believer or minister, your aim should be to help people serve God better and to contribute to their spiritual maturity in Christ. The ounce is on you as a believer/minister to equip yourself through the help of the Holy Spirit with balanced truth of the Gospel of Christ, to fulfill the purpose of Christ for empowering you with His Grace.
Use the Grace Christ has given you to add value to someone’s life.
