Life Through Faith Part I
You may have weaknesses even as a believer, but God will supply the strength for victory, you may even fail, but don’t give up, only depend of God for grace to conquer. Our scriptural focus for today states – So it is clear that no one can be made right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life. {Gal 3:11 NLT}
God’s intention for giving the law was to provide a process that will lead the Israelites in the path of righteousness, having lived in Egypt for many years and have seen the worship of many strange gods. But as the process of the law continued, it became clear to God and even humans who were given the law that humans cannot be made right with God through this process.
So if the generation to whom the law was given could not achieve God’s intention with all the punishment’s that was meted out to them whenever they abandoned the way of the law, it will be an effort in futility and a huge embarrassment to the life of Grace for any believer in this generation to attempt to still achieve righteousness with God through the law.
The new life we are privileged to live in Christ is a spiritual life that is lived through the human body and we can only live it to satisfy God through faith.
Faith is having the assurance that the promises of God which we can’t see with our physical eyes, will come into physical reality and our lives will be the evidence of God’s faithfulness on this earth. If you don’t live daily by Faith, know that your not a righteous person, secondly you will also not have life both on this earth and in eternity with God.
Faith is our life.
