Limitless Freedom Part I

Beloved, you don’t need to do anything extra to gain access into God’s presence or be a beneficiary of His favour, just know that Christ is your access anytime, any day. Our scriptural focus for today – For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. {Gal 5:13  NLT}
The freedom the believer in Christ has been called to enjoy is not based on his/her own efforts or goodness, rather it was bestowed by Christ. Secondly our freedom in Christ is limitless. When we say our freedom in Christ is limitless, it means that our union with Christ sets us free from every bondage/curse of the devil/sin. Hear this spiritual fact – So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free. [Jn 8:36  NLT]
If Christ has set you free why still live in bondage, when you’re to live the rest of your glorious life here on earth in the freedom that Christ has called you into. It will be important to reveal that the greatest strategy used by the devil to get believers in Christ back into his captivity is the process of Mental captivity. That is where false preachings/teachings come in, for instance they paint the bad picture of the idolatrous practices of our forefathers and do all to convince us that salvation is not enough until we go through their series of deliverance etc.
Beloved whenever the devil through his human or spirit agents succeeds in taking your mind/spirit into their captivity, you automatically lose your freedom in Christ. You have been called, meaning you have been separated from every known/unknown curses and its consequences. Don’t allow the devil deceive you into thinking that our physical situations determines our freedom or bondage, No, remember that it is your faith in the finished work of Christ that guarantees you freedom.

Live in freedom and enjoy the benefits of salvation.

Have a Grace filled day – Good News awaits you.
