The Supremacy of Christ VI
Beloved, the quality of your life depends to a great extend on the quality of your decision making process and the ability to stand by such decisions come rain, come shine. Our scriptural focus for today states – For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, {Col 1:19 NLT}
The sacrifice of Christ on the cross for the sins of humanity, as the only way to permanently redeem humans from the cruel bondage of the devil please God the Father to the point where He(God) decided that everything that made and distinguished Him as God will now be found only in Christ. In essence all that made Him God as regarding power and authority, as touching all the riches and wealth of heaven and earth, as touching the right to life and existence here on earth and in eternity etc, has been deposited in Christ.
Therefore for any human to access the fullness of God in any area of life that individual must see it in Christ. Whatever you can’t see through Christ, you cannot access both here on earth and in eternity. What a minding blowing revelation that God in order to reach humans decided to live in Christ. As a believer you must understand that in Christ God did not just give you prosperity, nor did He give you long life, nor was it about a good life here on earth, nor is it just about protection from the devil etc, you must understand that in Christ God gave you Himself. Therefore if you carry God and His fullness not haft of Him, then you must know as you know your name that you are unstoppable, always prosperous, always victorious during your earth pilgrimage.
You carry God, therefore you’re a god on this earth.
