The devil only has the power to accuse believers because that is the actual power made available to him by sin but God and God alone has the power to Condemn. When God also is the One that has made you and declared you righteous in Christ, who then can lay a charge or condemn God’s elect. He has chosen you in Christ and there is nothing, absolutely nothing the devil can do about it.
Beloved in Christ, you are not condemned as longer as you remain in Christ because God cannot condemn Himself. Understand that only God has the Sole Power to condemn a human, but for you, rejoice because you have passed from death to life and from condemnation to freedom.
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him. He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.] The [basis of the] judgment (indictment, the test by which men are judged, the ground for the sentence) lies in this: the Light has come into the world, and people have loved the darkness rather than and more than the Light, for their works (deeds) were evil. {Jn 3:16-19 Amp}
“I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life. {Jn 5:24 NLT}
Don’t allow the devil deceive you, you’re not condemned, only those outside Christ are condemned already until they receive the Light of Life. Walk everyday and everywhere with your shoulders lifted up in Christ, as one already Justified in Christ, as one of the beneficiaries of the Light of Life, as one that is not condemned.
And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins. For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. Yes, Adam’s one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ’s one act of righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone. {Rm 5:16-18 NLT}
Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.
For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death. {Rm 8:1-2 Amp}
